45 years of growth
ZOCCHI, with over 45 years of activity in the specific sector of machinery for the extrusion of plastic films, has completed an important path of specialization. The production began with the construction of heads for the processing of LDPE-HDPE film, then moving towards the design of complete plants for the extrusion of High and Low Density plastic films on the basis of new personal designs of Double Flow Heads and cooling Rings, specially designed for high efficiency.
Over the years the company has continued to grow, and so its production supported by qualified subcontractors, for the manufacture of some plant components, designed by ZOCCHI.
QUALIFIED STAFF
ZOCCHI employs highly trained technicians, specialized in mechanical, electrical, electronic and operational in general. The work teams follow the construction of the plants, the assembly, the extrusion tests and the training of the customers’ operators. Thanks to this training, the customer is always able to manage the new plant perfectly.

The company has long been oriented to a development compliant with the dictates of Industry 4.0. New production technologies are continuously implemented, to improve working conditions and increase the quality and production quantity of the plants, an example is the remote control aimed at guaranteeing prompt assistance.
